Coming Soon - New Stroller!

As a special gift to welcome home little Trooms (aka Truman), Shea's father and step-mother offered to purchase us a lovely jogging stroller. Right now, we have a stroller that works okay but is certainly nothing fancy. It has plastic wheels that often get stopped by small pebbles and stones on our daily walks. The new jogging stroller, however, will be able to overcome any obstacle as it will have real rubber tires - woohoo! That means we'll also be able to take it on hikes through trails, such as those at the Duke Gardens that we love. In order to prepare Truman for his new present, we decided to get him used to sitting in the stroller like a big boy (i.e. sit in the seat facing forward rather than in his infant car seat). As you can tell from the following pictures, he seemed to enjoy the new view! In fact, we took him on 2 walks yesterday and he lasted much longer than usual. Yay!
