Post-Placement #1 Pictures
As we mentioned several weeks ago, we recently had our first post-placement visit with our social worker. I thought everyone might be interested to see which pictures we decided to send in with the report (which is then sent to the Ethiopian government). It was strange how loose the requirements regarding pictures were. All we were told was to send 4-6 pictures of Truman Bekalu, and that it would be "a plus" if Shea and I were included - strange, right? Anyway, here are the 6 pictures we chose:

We just got an email today from our social worker to set up our 2nd post placement! Our picture requirements weren't so loose. We were told at least one picture had to be with Holden, Ben and me all together. We sent one picture that had Holden sitting in a Bumbo on the end of our pontoon which was pulled up on shore. That picture was denied because Holden wasn't wearing a life jacket, even though we were on land!
