
Then he carries it over to whichever parent he has deemed sufficient to read to him at that moment in time (his choice changes very frequently). Yesterday he kept repeating "Ahh-Boo" while bringing over the book, which we interpreted as "A Book":


And then he climbs into our laps and is ready to go:

Once he's in your lap, he'll sit and read for long periods of time - sometimes he'll want to read for over 30 minutes! (which is very surprising considering how most of the time he is an extremely busy boy who doesn't like to sit still). Right now his favorites are anything by Dr. Seuss, though if we had to pick an ultimate favorite it'd probably be a toss up between Hop on Pop and the ABC book (he thinks Rosie's Red Rhinoceros is hillarious!). It's so fun to see our love of reading be passed down to our son - parenting rocks!
