Ethiopia & Beyond Adoption Network Holiday Party

A couple of months ago a coworker let me know that her son's physician had recently adopted a daughter from Ethiopia. We immediately decided that this would be a great connection for us and ended up joining her practice (she's fabulous, by the way!). When we were at an appointment a few weeks ago she mentioned a local network of families who had adopted children from Ethiopia and gave us the contact information for how to join the group. Tonight we were able to attend our first official event with the group - a fun holiday party complete with bouncy house and Santa. We had a good time meeting other parents and children, and Truman even got a gift from Santa! Here are some pictures from the night:
