One Year Ago Today...

...we received an email from our agency asking if we were interested in receiving more information about a 2 month old boy named Bekalu. The email said that the boy was doing well and had "a bright smile." We immediately contacted our caseworker and were emailed this amazing photo - the first picture we ever saw of our son. We remember it like it was yesterday - the joy, hope, and love that immediately developed. As soon as we saw this sweet, precious face, we knew that he was our son. Can't believe it's been a year!!!
