Fruits: bananas, peaches, watermelon, cantaloupe, pears, apples, mangoes, plums
Vegetables: Carrots, corn, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, peas, celery
Meats: Just chicken so far
Grains: Rice cereal, oatmeal cereal, multigrain cereal (which includes barley), rice & beans (lentils, to be specific), real oatmeal, whole wheat toast, apple puffs
This week we plan to introduce Truman to blueberries, green beans, and possibly some tofu - we'll let you know how it goes! In the meantime, here are some fun pictures of Truman enjoying one of his new favorites, apple puffs!
